Sundance HOA wants to begin ticketing and towing residents!

Our HOA just posted rules, without alerting residents, that will do the following:

• Band 1 and 2 car families from parking in the common area

• Police the contents of resident garages

• Ticket residents with $100 files and vehicle towing

• Put overnight guests at risk of towing

• We will have to pay for the privilege to be policed and towed!
